Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overall site operation matters, assisting our division head to manage individual Project In-charge on project management include all project financial matter, cash-flow, progress monitoring, contractual issues;
- Prepare high-level reports for senior management reporting
- Oversee the overall progress planning, work progress, quality & safety, and cost control of large-scale building projects;
- Lead staff member on preparing works method statements and tender submission.
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil / Building Engineering or related disciplines;
- 20 years post-qualification experience and 10 years at managerial level;
- All rounded exposure in Building projects;
- Sound management and interpersonal skills;
- Conversant in MiC & BIM application will be advantage;
- Good understand of the Building Department's regulations and all statutory requirements for OP application is a must;
- Good management skill on building quality control measures
- Sound knowledge of safety and environmental management and prevention.
