Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and project services for buildings
- Assist in preparing works orders
- Carry out ad-hoc repairing and maintenance duties when required
- Prepare maintenance & service contracts, monitor and control to ensure the contracts are up to the specified standard
Requirements:
- Certificate in Building Studies or equivalent; and
- 3 years’ experience in the maintenance of building in HK
- Good interpersonal skills, self-activity and able to work independently
