• Develop and implement Group procurement strategies, policies and related procedures.
• Provide procurement and sub-contracting and advice to support engineering projects and business development of the Group; Meet cost saving target.
• Review vendor registration criteria and implement performance evaluation.
• Broaden selection of vendors and develop relationship with strategic vendors.
• Lead a multi-disciplinary work team to address internal needs in purchases and inventory management, through understanding of business direction processes.
• Develop and maintain good database system for vendors and materials price and sourcing.
• Provide data analysis and statistics to Group and departments for procurement decision.
• Improve efficiency of PR-PO administration and approval processes in ERP system.
• Explore system automation of order and tender; Work with IT.
• Develop and manage the preparation and issue of RFQ, tender documents and associated processes, including evaluation, negotiation and award of corresponding contracts. 

• Higher diploma holder or above in Supply Chain, Business Management or Engineering subjects.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience with 4 years in management level of strategic contracting and procurement, preferable in construction and engineering industry.
• Familiar with electrical and mechanical components and supplier sourcing;
• Candidate with less qualifications or experiences will be considered as Assistant Manager.
• Strong capability in establishing procedures, standards and guidelines.
• Good knowledge in the latest procurement trends, systems, best practice and technology.
• Being familiar with the use of Dynamic AX or other ERP system would be an advantage.
• An effective facilitator in procurement teams to drive teamwork and deliver outcomes.
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing.
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills.
• New way of thinking. Proactive and leader role to team members.
