• HK$ 30,000 to HK$ 48,000 monthly salary + Competitive Bonus
• New Fitting Out / A&A Projects - Just Awarded
• Location: Kowloon/ New Territories Areas 
• 12-month salary + year end bonus + performance bonus
• AL starting from 16 days 
• Medical full coverage + Competitive Employee Benefit

Our client is a Leading Contractor who is equipped with a high number of significant projects in Hong Kong and Asia Pacific and they just got two new Fitting Out and A&A projects awarded in HK and they are looking for BSC and BSE at all levels. To be successfully considered in this role you should possess the following attributes:

• Degree / Higher Diploma in Building Services/ Engineering related discipline
• At least 3 years of experience in BS/ MEP field in contractor
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior BSE/ Assistant BS Manager/ BS Manager
• Professional qualification is preferred but not essential
• Good commercial and contractual acumen
• Fluent in both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
