Duties & Responsibilities:

• Prepare valuation of variation works, interim payments and settle final accounts with Clients and Sub-contractors
• Prepare contractual claims and assist dispute resolution matters
• Prepare cash flow forecasts and cost reports
• Prepare contract document for sub-letting/procurement process
• Perform any ad hoc job duties as assigned

Qualifications/Educational Requirements, Skills & Experience: 

• MHKIS, MRICS or equivalent
• Bachelor Degree or High Diploma in QS or equivalent
• 6 years working experience or above in QS of Main Contractor Companies or Consultant Firms
• Contract administration in QS skill
• Strong sense in budgeting, commercial/contractual aspects and quantum analysis
• Self-motivated and initiative
• Good command of spoken and written in both English and Chinese
• Candidates with less experience and lower qualifications would be considered as Quantity Surveyor
