Job Description
Title: Customer Sales & Support Center – Application Engineer
Job Purpose
- Support sales specially on Control Panel supply
- Maintain control panel material master data
- Promote Grundfos Digital Solutions in Hong Kong market
Job Description
- Understand the pump/system control requirement from customers & sales, convert it to a realized solution together with vendors
- Provide adequate service of control panel quotation and technical support, as well master data maintenance in ERP system
- Be responsible for the whole process of control panel supplying including purchase order, delivery, and site commissioning
- Promote digital solutions when interacting with customers
Qualification
- Degree, or Associate Degree in Electronic or Electronical Engineering, 3-5 years relevant work experience of process control including control panel assembling and commissioning
- Able to communicate in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
- Good communication and networking skills, and the ability to build strong and trusting relationships with both Internal and External Stakeholders
