Responsibilities:

• Assist project managers and designers to coordinate project matters, schedule and report problems.
• To manage, control and monitor of daily project works, instructions and progress
• Coordinate and liaise with sub-contractors, suppliers, and third party companies
• Prepare weekly progress report for project team and client’s record
• Assist in other ad-hoc assignment

Requirements: 

• Degree / Diploma in Building Studies / Construction Management / Engineering or related discipline is an advantage but not a must
• Able to handle multi-tasks under pressure and deadline
• Willing to learn and attention to details
• Good computer literate (AutoCAD, Microsoft Word, Excel) is a plus
• Candidates with less experience / Fresh Graduates are also considered
