Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and improve environmental performance of the Project;
- Responsible for routine site inspections and internal and external audits;
- Conduct training, promotion and complaint handling;
- Provide technical supports to ensure the Project complied with legal and contractual requirements;
- Coordinate with site staff, subcontractors and client's representative for day-to-day activities;
- Monitoring and improve the site environmental performance.
- Prepare meetings, materials and presentations for green building certifications, e.g. BEAM Plus, LEED, WELL, etc.
- Carry out any ad hoc duties as required.
- Degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science or equivalent;
- Knowledge of ISO 14000 Environmental Management System is an advantage
- At least 5 years' relevant experience in environmental management, monitoring and audit for construction projects is essential;
- Full understanding of the regulatory and legislative framework;
- Complete Environmental Officer course (CIC/ IVE) .
- Professional qualification in environmental related disciplines like HKIQEP, BEAM Pro, LEED AP and/or WELL AP is a must;
- Excellent interpersonal skills, highly motivated and be able to work independently.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Immediate available is preferred.
