Design Manager (DM) / Design Engineer (DE)
Responsibilities:
Design/Calculate and review the curtain wall system, preparation of shop drawings and submittals to clients, consultants and Buildings Department for approval.

Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma holder in Engineering or Building or equivalent
- 8 years' related working experience
- Familiar with design software
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
- Strong planning and organizational skills and able to work under pressure 

Draftsman
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and modify shop drawings
- Prepare BOM and fabrication drawings
- Coordinate closely with Design Manager to ensure drawings are accurate and complete
- Other ad hoc project duties as assigned

Requirements:
- Certificate in Building Technology / Construction Management / Civil or Structural Engineering / AutoCAD
- 1-3 years' related working experience
- Good communication skills in spoken and written English and Chinese
- Knowledge of curtain wall and general structure are required
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D model skill and MS Office
