Responsibilities:

• To convert requirement from design requirement to graphics production and on-site installation
• To coordinate with the operation team and supervise a team of artist for on-site installation works and dismantling of booths and special design jobs
• To assist in the estimation of graphics production and material quantities required for the exhibitions and events
• To check graphics materials requested by the contractors and monitor their graphics production progress
• To monitor preparation, issue and return of graphics materials
• To ensure graphics production meets the specifications
• To plan the installation schedule on-site before the completion deadline

 Requirements:

• Solid experience in exhibition contracting or graphics production
• Self-motivated, mature and able to work under pressure
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good project management skills with ability to deal with contractors
• Willing to work long hours and on public holidays
• Workplace in Tseung Kwan O Logistics Centre

Remarks: Candidates with more relevant experience may be considered for the position of Graphic Supervisor.

Remuneration and Benefits:
