• Lead, supervise & manage a sizeable graphic design and illustration team and ensure outputs are creative and of high quality 
• Liaise and work closely with other business unit heads to get the flow of outstanding creative ideas 
• Identify and develop skills of the Art team to meet future business needs
• Monitor multiple projects with the tight schedule 
• Improve & streamline the workflow & controls 
• Selects and secures illustrative material by formulating basic layout design concepts and conducting research. 
• Carry out ad hoc projects as assigned

• Minimum 15 years relevant experience in publishing, design, or printing industries
• Proven ability and experience to manage a sizeable team
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese
• Excellent communication skills, strong leadership, and people management skills
• Familiar with the printing production process and paper materials
• Proactive and self-motivated
• Strong sense of responsibility and problem-solving ability
