Company: 

Currently we are helping our clients - very first company doing fashion digital transformation ,looking for a Senior/ UXUI Designer. This is a newly created headcount and you will be joining a team of 4-5 and report to the Department Head.

• Conduct user research, competitor analysis and gather ongoing user insights that inform new ideas and design solutions.
• Create user personas and user stories that help to build out engaging and relevant experiences.
• Conduct usability testing to validate ideas and designs. Develop test plans, complete test set up and collate data and insights to feed back to the Product Team.
• Play an active part in the testing and review process prior to product launches and releases. Work closely with the Engineering Team to ensure requirements and designs are met as well as fully tested. 
• Collaborate internally with Marketing, Data, Research & Development and other cross functional teams to identify and align projects on both business and user needs. 

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI
• Practical knowledge of Figma.
• Experience working with developers and a cross-functional team.
• Great communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good at hearing and implementing feedback.
• B2B or B2C experience preferably within fintech, financial services or ecommerce
• Digital design experience (creative, landing pages, websites, etc.)
• Experience developing digital advertising campaigns
• Fluency in Chinese and English.
