RESPONSIBILITY

• Provide project management services for all kinds of retail design or Visual Merchausing projects, and ensure all jobs are being done on time.
• Prepare documents for the whole project implementation, such as permits, requirement specifications, guidelines, and scheduling.
• Organize and attend site meetings to report project progress and resolve any related issues.
• Manage and coordinate internal resources and external vendors on different projects.
• Monitor and control work standards and deliver quality results within the timeline and cost budget.
• Tackle problems encountered and provide solutions to improve project management efficiency.
• Perform ad-hoc duties when required.

REQUIREMENT

• Degree in Business Administration or similar disciplines  
• 3 years experience in visual merchandising, project management, retail design
• Good at project management and execution skills with good time management.
• Initiative, hardworking, good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using common software of MS Words, Excel, Project, PowerPoint 
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Project Manager.
