Responsibilities 

• Plan and roll out Visual Merchandising on store level in alignment with with Principals’ Visual Merchandising Direction and guidelines.
• Assist in implementing Visual Merchandising projects including but not limited to store opening, reinvention, and pop-up store.
• Design and develop graphic artwork for Visual merchandising on store level.
• Ensure the execution of Visual Merchandising function on new product launch, windows display and seasonal visual refurbishment which comply with brands’ direction & safety standard.
• Work closely with internal & external stakeholders on production and implementation of in-store visual merchandising display and fixture.
• Work closely with contractors for quotations, installation schedule and maintenance work in a cost-effective and timely manner.
• Conduct regular store visit and prepare report & master library.
  Keep track of fixture inventory & quality.

Requirements 

• Diploma holders or above in Art & Design, Visual Merchandising, or related disciplines
• Minimum 2-3 years' experience in visual merchandising, preferable with experience in multi-brands companies
• Experience in graphic design & interior design is a plus
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Sketch up, Indesign and MS Office
• Analytical, creative, result-oriented and passionate about in-store brand building and merchandising
• Possess good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
  Good in both spoken and written English and Chinese
