Join our Core Business Services (CBS) team and you will help support the important business enablement functions that keep our organization running strong. As a CBS professional, you will work across teams to provide the knowledge, resources and tools that help EY deliver exceptional quality service to our clients, win in the marketplace and support EY’s growth and profitability. Major teams within CBS include Finance, Information Technology, Human Resources, Enterprise Support Services, Brand Marketing and Communications, Business Development, Knowledge and Risk Management.

The opportunity

We’re looking for professionals with expertise in leading a team of designers within the Brand, Marketing and Communications (BMC) Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a leading firm.

Your key responsibilities

• Support firm’s brand, understand, implement, and strictly adhere to the quality standards and procedures established by EY, including VI and branding guidelines
• Provide excellent art direction and mentorship to Designers 
• Communicate directly with clients and understand their needs and requirements
• Able to work on multiple projects at once and meet deadlines
• Effectively participates as a team player in planning, scheduling and production
• Maintain awareness of “state-of-the-art” techniques, equipment, best practices and developments within the design community
• Responsible for evaluating project needs, estimating and approving costs and schedules, communicating standards, and managing expectations

To qualify for the role, you must have 

• A degree/higher diploma holder in a relevant design discipline
• 10 years or more of solid experience in design agency
•  A strong portfolio to demonstrate graphic design skills
• Proficiency in Adobe CS Suite – InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop, and MS Office PowerPoint
