About the role:

• Function as brand guardians, drive overall communication and structure to the markets in the region protecting the strong visual and brand aesthetics. Supervise and drive all communication, operations, budget management, guidelines, POS/campaign change outs, seasonal training and special events unifying VM campaign roll outs across all points of sale
• Connect and collaborate closely with the local Visual Merchandising teams within Asia constantly improving and elevating consumer messaging experience
• Drive the CDFI visual calendar and deliver accurate timely communication on all visual merchandising, display, and windows for all divisions to local VM Managers, field partners, store teams and key stakeholders
• Deliver VM timeline and communication tools to the VM team including weekly, monthly, seasonal, and annual updates across the region
• Partner closely with the VM Regional office and lead on communication templates, best practice guidelines, and supervising local reports as well as VM data base management
• Manage external suppliers and vendors and support regional and local procurement process. Managing the VM budgets in collaboration with VM Lead, VM Managers and Finance partners in accordance with VM Calendar
• Building a strong working relationship with all internal stakeholders to deliver and meet VM expectations and strategy.
• Support the creation of VM training/learning tools such as guidelines to ensure store compliance with VM executions and directions.

You are the perfect one if you are/have:

• Bachelor Degree in related major
• 3-5 years of VM experience minimum, with at least 1 year as communications support or similar role
• Experience and a proven record of accomplishment on delivering professional communication tools, delivering highly effective materials, managing projects, team-player
• Strong planning, organizational and supervisory skills, with the ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Excellent knowledge of MS office and Adobe programs
• Experience and knowledge and understanding of VM production / project management and launch timelines to provide installation guidelines for supervising local execution
• Highly organized and detail-oriented person
• Flexible and able to supervise and multi-task between projects and work streams.

• Excellent project and time management skills

• Experience in supporting RFP for cost efficiency, budget control
• Good team player and interpersonal especially collaborating with multinational team members
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
