工作職責：
About the role:

- 組織實施設計交底，組織設計人員對設計變更進行審核，結合專案實施經驗，組織開展專案技術及流程管控優化；
Lead and implement the design disclosure. Lead designer to review design variations. Based on relevant experience, optimize and innovate the technology deployed in project and project management.

- 組織或參與資料中心專案相關系統或設備廠驗、調試、綜合測試等工作；負責施工過程中的技術協調，技術變更管理等專案後期專業技術處理工作；
Lead and participate in the FAT, SAT, and commissioning of the Data Center’s system and equipment. Be responsible for the technical work during the construction, for example, the technical coordination, the variations management, and so on.

- 負責香港地區的設計顧問、業主單位、政府部門、供應商和工程承包方的當地語系化溝通與協調工作；
Communicate and coordinate with the consultants, property owners, government, suppliers, and contractors in Hong Kong.

任職要求：
What you’ll need to have:

- 大學本科及以上學歷，熟悉（綠色）資料中心機房行業標準及規範；熟悉國家設計規範、TIA942設計規範、Uptime Tier標準；
Bachelor’s degree or higher. Knowledge of (high efficient) data center industrial standards and code. Knowledge of GB code, TIA942 standard, and Uptime Tier standard.

- 8年以上香港地區設計管理經驗，宜有資料中心設計經歷，參與過uptime設計認證優先考慮；
At least 8 years of design management experience in Hong Kong. Preferably in experience in Data Center designing and Uptime certification.

- 熟悉香港地區建設專案前期開工手續辦理流程以及本地相關的法律法規；熟悉香港地區政府、消防、電力等部門的基本設計和驗收標準，有過相關項目的實施經驗；
Knowledge of the required pre-construction procedures in Hong Kong. Knowledge of regulations and laws in Hong Kong. Knowledge of design and inspection standards of Hong Kong Authority, FSD, Electric Power Department, and so on. Experience in project implementation.

- 良好的學習和分析能力，具有較強的責任心，良好的團隊合作精神/執行力，具備較強的溝通協調能力，具備專案現場的工程經驗及解決問題能力，能夠承受較大的工作壓力；
Good skills in studying and analyzing. Strong responsibility, teamwork spirit, and execution. Excellent in communication. Have the capability of analyzing and solving issues on site. Able to work under pressure.

- 能夠與香港地區本地顧問，供應商以及工程承包商等順暢、良好溝通。
Excellent communication skills with local consultants, suppliers and contractors.
