We’re looking for a Senior Designer to focus on Denim design, from concept building, design execution, team collaboration to collection presentation.

About the job

• This position reports to Design Manager and is responsible for leading all design activities, including:
  • Fashion and market trend analysis
  • Fabric, material & trim sourcing and development
  • Collaborate with design & sales team to develop concept & collection for new product
  • Well communicate with washing technicians to execute denim finishing
  • Deliver collection presentation to partnering customers (domestic & oversea)
• Senior designer will have chance to participate with various of design projects including sustainable innovation and marketing campaign
• A supervising position will assist Design Manager in team aspiring tasks.  

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma holder in design or related discipline
• 6 years or above fashion design working experience, preferably with denim design exposure
• Creative with good fashion sense
• Self-motivated and good time management
• Good presentation and communication skill
• Fluent in English and Chinese
• Skilled with design & Microsoft office software
• Strong collaborator
• Willing to travel to Zhongshan (3-4 days / week) & oversea factories
