Job Description
- assist the senior interior designer to initiate comprehensive design package from concept to detailed design; develop construction details; prepare tender/construction documents
- liaise and coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors
- perform ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Assistant Interior Design: 1-2 years of solid interior design experiences; fresh graduate may consider
- Interior Design: at least 3-5 years of solid interior design experiences in both high-end residential and commercial i.e. hospitality, workplace, etc.
- proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Sketchup, Enscape, and other design skills
- able to develop a full set of tender/construction drawings and renderings
- able to prepare material/finishes/furniture proposal and coordinate with vendors and obtain quotations
- families with fit-out renovation, on-site coordination experience will be an advantage
- responsible, willing to work overtime and under pressure
- work independently and as part of a team
