The Role

The UX/UI designer will help create intuitive and compelling experiences across in various exchange platforms on both mobile apps and website. The role will be required to have both a strong creative mind and excellent problem-solving skills. The ability to quickly learn and adapt to the fast pace of cryptocurrency is essential. Attention to detail and good communication skills in English/Mandarin are a must.

Job Responsibilities

• Bringing a user-centred design approach to UX decisions on potential future features and functionalities
• Working with product managers and business lines to understand the objectives of features
• Presenting and explaining outputs to internal stakeholders
• Collaborating with other UX/UI designers and developers effectively
• Conducting competitor and customer analysis
• Creating personas and applying to various user journeys
• Providing outputs for sitemaps, user journeys, flows, wireframes and prototypes
• Conducting usability testing to validate and gather feedback designs
• Thinking creatively and iterating to enhance the user experience
• Understanding of technical constraints and opportunities informed design solutions

Skills required

• At least 4 years of working experience as in UX/UI designer, preferably in crypto and trading
• Strength in information architecture, interaction and interface design
• Smart, energetic, attention to detail, identifying and solving user problems and pain points
• Ability to work in fast pacing environment and to meet tight deadline
• Self development of skills to keep up to date with fast changing trends
• Must be fully capable in the use of Figma and able use Photoshop and Illustrator proficiently.
