We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join us on high-end interior projects. You will be working alongside our multi-disciplinary team of architects and designers, with exposure to a variety of project types.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree holder in Interior Design / Construction Management from accredited institutes
• Minimum 5 years / 3 years’ experience in project coordination role, in new-build fitting out projects for clubhouses, high-end residential projects, and/or hotels
  
  

Responsibilities / Skills

• Primarily responsible for handling projects in the fitting out stage
• Manage project scope, program, and cost variations
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers and contractors
• Inspect site works against the design intent; ensure quality and workmanship is of the highest possible standards
• Responsible for all documentation, including vetting of samples and shop drawings, drafting of meeting minutes, etc.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese, with good English writing skills
• Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel
• Occasional travel may be required

• Well organized and detail oriented with good time management skills
• Good communication skills – ability to handle challenging situations involving different types of people
• Ability to work under tight schedules
