Job Description
SCOPE
Collaborate with the Italian HQ and Creative Director to provide the team a solid design contribution
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work closely with related departments to ensure design reflect market trends, customer's needs at optimized cost.
- Responsible for the design of assigned product line from formulating creative direction, analyzing market trend and development of seasonal collections to meet the company strategic goal.
- Ensure samples meet request and company standard until pre-production stage.
- Actively participate to Fairs / Conventions with the aim of gathering feedback from the market on the new models developed / collections presented and further investigating market demands
- Versatility and ability to interpret multiple brands and features (sports / fashion / conservative languages)
- Occasional travel is required.
- Any ad hoc design projects assigned.
SKILLS/ QUALIFICATIONS
- Solid knowledge of the luxury market and fashion accessories
- Diploma or higher in design or related discipline.
- Min. 3 years sold experience knowledge of eyewear field with technical knowledge is a MUST.
- Knowledge of materials, components and basic manufacturing process is a MUST
- Familiar with color rendering, 2-D/3D software, Photoshop, illustrator & CorelDraw, Rhinoceros
- Fluent English
