We are One Plus Partnership Limited, an International award-winning interior design firm. We have designed a variety of commercial projects in Hong Kong, China and across the globe. Projects include opera house, cinemas, restaurants, retail stores, clubhouses, sales offices and public spaces.

We are now recruiting experienced and energetic candidates to join our team to cope with our rapid expansion in both mainland China and Hong Kong.

 Responsibilities:

• Work independently on full set of working drawings including design details
• Prepare full set of tender drawings and design intent drawings for interior design projects
• Responsible, creative, independent, self-motivated and able to work under pressure, tight schedule and meet deadlines
• Willing to work over time
• Complete routine and special tasks as assigned by superiors

Requirement:

• T.I. graduate or equivalent in interior design or related field
• Minimum 2-year drafting experience with AUTOCAD in interior design field
• Good design documentation coordination and working drawings experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, PowerPoint, Microsoft Office (Sketchup will be an advantage)
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Familiar with Chinese word processing
• Immediate available is preferred
