Your Mission

• Support strategic development and lead /coordinate projects with cross departments in achieving the common goals to elevate development service levels and contribute to improve the development process, strengthen the cross-business units' alignment, lead time and costs reduction objectives
• Work closely with your manager and the PUMA Group Sourcing teams to support the sourcing landscape and strategies when progressing
• Identify process improvements, systems and benchmarking opportunities for maximum value creation and speed
• Strategic operational involvement around key priority product launches and track on time completion of projects
• Interact with other departments on projects or solutions involving sourcing organization
• Align corporate initiatives to drive/support sourcing organization & suppliers related programs
• Be able to handle multiple topics and projects and understand and acknowledge how they fit inside the PUMA landscape. Scheduling and aligning calendars across multiple time zones and personnel also important
• Make use of Excel, PowerBI and other data sources to create and maintain information around all PGS topics. Focus on volumes and values produced by country and factory breakdown
• Make use of multiple sources of information to not only build pivot tables but also then incorporate into PowerPoints or presentations to highlight a point of view on many varied topics

Your Talent

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in apparel industry (development, sourcing, production & supply chain)
• Order or demand fulfillment and supplier management knowledge is a plus
• Strong communication skill in English (both oral and written)
• Fast to react, proactive, agile, strategic focus and result oriented
• Strong data mining, analytical and problem-solving skills
• An influencing change agent and passionate to engage with all levels of personnel and with team members, customers or stakeholders from varying countries and cultures to drive better results
• Ability to lead effectively and exercise good judgment in an organized manner with minimal daily supervision
