Client's information:
Our client is a professional design firm specializes in interior design and architecture.  Their Hong Kong interior design team is currently expanding and looking for an experienced talent with commercial project experiences to join them and lead the team.

What you do:

• Create outstanding design concept, layout, material choices
• Client/ operator facing
• Design presentation. 
• Organize complete sets of presentation and bid documents
• Creating operational plans for the team, overseeing project execution, and design management
• Coordinate with internal design support members/ project managers and lead team
• Daily communication with clients/ vendors/ landlord.

What you need:

• Degree / Diploma Holder in interior design
• Minimum 10 years' relevant experience in Shopping mall/Mixed-use/ Office building/ Kindergarten projects.
• A strong background in managing clients and projects from the planning stage to completion
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Able to handle full set design drawings and specifications
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, sketch up, InDesign & MS Office Applications.
• Excellent English is a plus.
