Responsibilities:

• Source and develop seasonal fabric to meet the business need
• Monitor sample fabric ordering process, testing and inspection
• Negotiate with supplier for cost, agreement, quality and other production issues
• Research on new fabric development and fashion trend and prose to design team for new concept
• Maintain and expand wide sourcing network
• Work with Production team and factories to solve any fabric issues that may arise at the bulk stage
• Review and evaluate the performance of fabric mill and propose changes whenever necessary

Requirements:

• 3-5 years fabric knowledge
• Degree in Textile Design
• Experienced in fabric sourcing, merchandizing, purchasing
• Functional C&S area or sports fabric
• Experience to deal with factory for coordination, know how to counter offer customer after receiving inspirations
• Capable to communicate in English, Mandarin
• China, asia, oversea travel is required
