Your Mission

• Manage sealing and size set approval for fit, measurement and workmanship within the development and OPD calendar time frame
• Provide feedback on technical pack accuracy / completeness & enhancements to product developers
• Prepare sample evaluation data on a seasonal basis
• Sample fit review and approval
• Create FE resizing measurement chart for assigned ranges
• Initial Technical reviews with Suppliers
• Travel periodically to FE factories to review their progress on sampling performance
• Upgrade supplier performance - monitor progress on improvement and date base maintenance
• Carry out ad hoc projects or assignments

Your Talent

• Technical qualification in garment / textile
• 5+ years of relevant experience major in Active wear or Performance Sportswear, focusing on Knit items and all types of jackets (seam-seal, laminated, down, padded)
• Knowledge of pattern making and fitting
• Familiar with various international test method and standards (ISO, JIS)
• Ability to build strong relationships with various working stakeholders
• Good communication skills in Mandarin and English are required
• Knowledge of Gerber & VStitcher is highly preferred
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Garment Technician
