Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for the planning and management of all productions and operational aspects of client’s projects including events pop up and visual merchandising
• Drive and lead multiple projects/events from initial concept to final delivery to meet client’s objectives and needs.
• Work closely with Creative Team in developing and building creative strategic plans for potential clients.
• Organize internal manpower resources for the delivery of the projects and seek external resources if needed.
• Possession of technical knowledge and supervise and manage the production of projects.

 Requirements

• 3+ years’ solid experience in project management, event production and visual merchandising experience, preferably luxury sector.
• Good command of English and Chinese languages (Cantonese and Mandarin) , both spoken and written
• Proven track record in developing business relationships with all level of clients.
• Full understanding of pitch process, flow and delivery of events projects in international standards.
• Strong sense of responsibility and be able to work under tight deadlines.
• Willing to work over time or during weekends or public holidays if required.
• Business trip is required occasionally.

Our clients include some high-end brands on wine, jewelry, watch and cosmetic categories. We have offices in Shanghai, Guangzhou, Macau and Hong Kong. Due to our business expansion, we are looking for the following candidates to fill up the positions.
