• Responsible for design and development of  Sportswear/ Intimate Apparel/ Casual & Fashion Wear.
• Understand customers’ and designers’ needs ;
• Development services with specialist software to meet their requirements.
• Research and identify suitable products and market trends for customers.
• Provide design advice to customers to establish and enhance customer relations.
• Provide technical advice and support to R&D department  ;
• Risk assessment for development sample patterns ;
• Responsible for pattern related technical problem solving ;
• Comparing virtual sample fitting and physical sample fitting

• Degree graduate in Fashion Design or related,
• Proficient in at least one of the 2D / 3D Virtual Apparel Software (e.g. CLO, Apex, Marvellous, Brozwear, 3D Max, etc.).
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop.
• Have basic knowledge on garment computer pattern making as well as garment production process.
• Have a good command of written English and are literate in MS office.
• Are willing to travel if required
