Job Responsibilities

• Performs all phases and full scope of layout design work including planning, designing, rendering perspective and coordinating with contractors
• Working closely with Operation and Merchandising team to provide layout design proposal in order to improve sales efficiency
• Responsible to coordinate and brief all projects contractors to make sure all details in quotations, jobs scope and quality are in line with the confirmed layout design
• Responsible to present layout proposal to related stake holders and management to approve the layout design
• Responsible for all communications between construction consultants, vendors and architects in order to execute corporate guidelines and work within set budgets and time frames.
• Any ad hoc tasks as required

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in retail store / office construction, planning and design is preferred
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Photoshop and 3Ds max
• Degree/ High-Diploma holder in the field of either Architecture/ Interior Architecture/ Interior Design
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Good presentation and communication skill
• Good problem-solving skills, can handle assigned tasks pro-actively with excellent design sense
