The appointee will be responsible for monitoring the production & the onsite set-up of all promotional & graphics materials for the Exhibitions & Events

Responsibilities:

• Work & communicate closely with clients, designers and contractors to reconfirm the production criteria & requirement
• Checking the format & design of the graphics & marketing materials as well as the quantities & qualities of materials required before the actual production
• Plan the production schedules and monitor the production progress to ensure graphics production meets the schedules and specifications
• Work closely with the operation team in coordinating & monitoring the on-site set-up and dismantling of booths and special design jobs
• To monitor the return of graphics materials

• With minimum 4 years of relevant & hands-on experiences in performing Graphic Designer duties or handling large scale production of graphics/ marketing materials
• Self-motivated, mature and able to work under pressure
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good project management skills with ability to deal with different counterparts
• Flexible to work overtime / on public holidays when required
• Workplace in Tseung Kwan O Logistics Centre

 Remarks: Candidates with less relevant experience may be considered for the position of Assistant Graphic Supervisor.

 Remuneration and Benefits:

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. A competitive remuneration and benefits package, including annual leave, medical and dental benefits, will be offered.
