• Work closely with fashion design teams from development to production, maintaining fit consistency and construction procedures
• Maintain and create technical steps of tech pack to suppliers, including sketchers and measurement updates and pattern corrections
• Manage sample approval, resolve fit and construction issues, involved in block pattern development
• Manage workflow and ensure seasonal deadlines are met, coordinate with internal teams including sourcing, product development, R&D as well as design
• Travel periodically to preferred supplier factories for further review on sampling performance

• Around 10 years of solid experience in technical design, fitting from fashion retailers
• Familiar with pattern making, grade rule, marker and yield
• Excellent in sewing techniques and familiar with working with fashion designers on constructions issues
• Great experience in 2D/3D design software is appreciated but not a must
• Good communication skills in English and Chinese
• Solid experience in casualwear apparel products (all categories) with focus in sportswear is required
• Strong passion in product innovation and can travel globally
