• Team Administrator

• HKCEE or DSE Graduated
• Minimum 2 years of construction industry working experience is preferable ( But it's not essential  )
• Fluent in English spoken and written
• Good knowledge on MS Word, Excel and Outlook

• Assist project team for project administration including but not limited to contract administration, tendering, follow-up material
• purchase, document filing / contral and project reporting.
• Source, purchase construction material and conduct logistic arrangement with sites
• Assist in ad hoc tasks as assigned
• Independent, self-motivated, strong senses of responsibility and proactive with good interpersonal skills
• Hardworking and able to work under pressure
