Job Description

1) HR & Admin. Clerk

Duties:

  • Provide a full range of H.R. functions, including recruitment, staff relations, C & B, tax administration, MPF, and prepare employment contracts, etc.
  • Monitor and update staff leave records and attendance records
  • Provide all-round and daily administrative and office support
  • Assist in ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements:

  • Qualifications with Human Resources or related disciplines
  • Recent graduates with the part-time clerical job is also welcome
  • Proficient in Outlook & Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and  Chinese Word Processing 
  • Good command of English and Chinese including Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Detail-minded with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Sensible for handling confidential material

2) Marketing Executive

Duties:

  • Assist in the implementation of local marketing activities, including project coordination, new product launch, and promotional review to build brand awareness
  • Make media plan and implement marketing promotional campaigns and events
  • Responsible for digital and social media channels updated (Facebook, Instagram & website)
  • Coordinate and liaise with internal parties, printing vendors, production houses, and agencies to ensure projects’ deadlines are met to fulfill the company's objectives
  • Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Qualification in Marketing, Communications or Business related discipline
  • 1- 2 years of relevant working experience in retail brands would be an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese Word Processing
  • Knowledge of photoshop and illustration will be an advantage
  • Good command of English and Chinese including Putonghua and Cantonese
  • Candidates with more experience and qualifications will be considered for Senior Marketing Officer
  • With strong insights on local retail markets and an intrinsic understanding of customer loyalty and engagement

 3) Accounts Clerk TRAINEE


Duties: 
  • Handle data input, invoice billing, and filing
  • Assist supervisors in general accounting duties
  • Preparing cheque & TT payment
  • Other ad hoc assignments 
Requirements: 
  • 1-2 years of accounting experience 
  • Good Excel skills 
  • LCCI Bookkeeping or related accounting study 
  • Immediate availability is highly preferable 
  • Less experience/Recent graduates are also welcome

4) Graphic Designer

Duties:

  • Design promotional materials
  • Generate creative ideas and prepare all related artworks for web interface including web product shooting, Social Media platforms etc.
  • Provide input and assistance at all levels of the design process from ideas to drawings
  • Work on daily print advertisements and other promotional materials if necessary
  • Create impressive presentations with visuals to enhance brand awareness

Requirements:

  • Qualification in Graphic, Multimedia Design, or related disciplines
  • 1-2 years of relevant working experience
  • Less experience/Recent graduates is also welcome as Trainee
  • Good command of English and Chinese
  • Proficient in using Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop in a Mac environment and strong knowledge of HTML and CSS
  • Knowledge of HTML5, CSS, PHP, JavaScript, and Mobile Web design is a MUST
  • Knowledge of video editing is preferred (After Effects/Premier/Final Cut Pro)
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
