Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with supervisor and team members to define the marketing calendar, including marketing campaigns, conference, online talk, joint promotions, events, etc
• Formulate and manage digital marketing campaigns to raise brand awareness, drive market needs for Xcelom’s products through public education
• Define SEO & SEM strategy and work closely with agency to deliver result supporting the communication ecosystem
• Provide creative ideas for content marketing
• Manage and develop websites design
• Develop creative graphic designs for advertising with partners
• Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.) and made continuous improvements
• Perform ad hoc projects assigned by manager

Requirements:

• Higher Dipolma or above in Business, Marketing or related disciplines
• 2 years proven experience as Digital Marketing Executive or similar role
• Strong project management experience in collaborating with multiple parties
• Able to understand industry trends to provide recommendations and evaluations on the new tactics for branding & digital marketing
• Familiar with design software and technologies, e.g., Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop
• Team player, strong communication skill, good business sense with presentation and analytical skills
• Agility to learn with CAN-DO attitude through challenges and difficulties, multitasking and able to meet tight deadlines
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Digital Marketing Executive
• Immediate availability will be highly advantage
