Job Description
We are looking for a Production & Marketing Executive with a creative flair wanting to work with a young and energetic group.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Marketing and Digital Team to create, produce and edit images, videos, animations, and motion graphics;
- Responsible for the creation and production of multimedia and digital contents
- Job tasks include but are not limited to: Edit, re-order, and fine-tune the content of videos by inserting audio, dialogue, sounds, and motion graphic effects to ensure aesthetic, logical sequencing, smooth transitions, and running of the video;
- deliver creative concepts, planning, directing, pitching concepts, storyboard, lighting design, shooting, audio editing, and music selection;
- producing multimedia content such as images, vector artwork, videos, motion graphics, and animations for in-house projects;
- Create and manage various types of video, photos, and digital content for social media platforms to attract the target audience including but not limited to teasers and animations;
- Engage with the wellness community and take wellness classes to familiarise yourself with the workouts and our instructors;
- Contact with relevant parties in the organization regarding coordination on their parts to ensure the smooth running of video and photo production processes;
- Carry out ad hoc tasks as assigned;
- Maintain effective and efficient production workflow;
- Creative, proactive, and energetic team players;
- Able to work on weekends and irregular hours.
Requirements
- Higher Diploma or Degree holder, preferably in multimedia, design, Creative Media, Video Production, and/or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in multimedia and video production and shooting or relevant working experience
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Dreamweaver, etc), Ableton
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge and familiarity with Live Streaming platforms;
- Strong in the video, photo shooting, and 2D/3D animation skills is a plus;
- Strong knowledge and/or hands-on experiences with video production/Live Streaming equipment is a plus;
- Ability to problem solve and multitask in a fast-paced environment;
- Creative, independent, detail-minded, and open to new ideas;
- Able to work independently under tight schedules;
- Work closely with other teams to develop and produce audio/visual content;
- Near native spoken and written English and Chinese
