Responsibilities:

• Perform the planned POSM action and POSM delivery and meet agreed time schedule or before promotion launch by store visits regularly;

• Responsible for the collection, update and management of VM data;

• Support the installation of new demo unit during merchandising resets;

• Provide visual presentation to attract the attention of customers and promote key retail products or messages according to merchandising standards and principles;

• Understand market informations and stay up-to-dated market VM knowledge to generate creative inspiration to customers with good visual impression;

• Perform store visit to ensure the tidiness of display area and good condition of demo units;

• Maintain good relationship with channel stores;

• Any ad hoc tasks assigned by management;

• Ensuring the strategy is in line with brand, products, target market and segments.

Responsibilities:

• Tertiary educated or above, preferably in Telecom or 3C industry is preferred;

• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail industry, with solid experience in visual design, interior displays and window set up, with experience in consumer electronics display will be a strong advantage;

• Passionate, good interpersonal skills and can-do attitude;

• Result-oriented, with ability to flex from high-level strategy to fine attention to detail;
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, In-Design, and other graphic design software.
