Responsibilities :

• Be the key hands-on designer to execute design concepts, in terms of motion graphics design, animation, video production & post-production, etc, as his/her focus of contribution, with extended collaboration with the whole team.
• Be highly interested in working along with the team to realise the company’s full spectrum of work, which ranges from museum exhibition design, corporate showsuite design, branded experience, UX/UI design, spatial narrative environments... to public and contemporary art projects.
• Will collaborate with the design team-mates with different strengths, engineer team and project management team to complete design projects, which intend to be visually engaging and compelling in storytelling and communications.
• Provide creative yet solid solutions in visual productions, which relates to various types of digital compositions process.
• To offer art direction for motion design, animated visuals & video editing, etc. Be a creative thinker, and problem solver in visualization.
• Assist to prepare design materials for presentations to clients stage by stage.
• Will work with executive creative director and creative director to realise design projects.
• Be a good communicator with internal team and external partners.

Requirements :

• Experienced in creative media design agency with a comprehensive background across multi-platforms.
• High Diploma, Degree / Master Degree in Visual & Communication Design, Creative media, Multi-media, or equivalent.
• An excellent team player with well-spoken Cantonese & English. Mandarin skills is a plus.
• Highly proficient in creative design tools and be passionate about latest technologies. Knowledgeable in various updated video production softwares and be willing to explore new skills and techniques to enhance the design at hand.
• Be open-minded and creative in combining cross-over usages of design softwares. As a developed designer, he / she will be able to combine the use of motion graphics, video materials and 3D design assets, etc, in order to create new design deliverables.
• Practical experience in Adobe AE, Adobe Premiere, Maya / 3D Studio / SketchUp, Adobe XD, etc.
• A solid portfolio which can demonstrate past experiences.
• Any add-on skills of hand-drawing, photography, video shooting, etc, will be of advantage.
• Be design-driven, with artistic sense.
• Strong attention to details in technical aspects and design outcome.
• Candidates with less experience would be considered as Media Designer.
