THE FASHION DEPARTMENT

As a fast-growing fashion and lifestyle hybrid now internationally headquartered back in Hong Kong, we target to restore our global footprint across the diversity of markets. As a lead in the ESPRIT fashion department, you will have cross-country exposure working with international teams and spearheading varying global and regional projects.

THE ROLE

We look for talents to build our fashion capabilities working closely with global merchandising to co-create up-to-trend fashion angles and relates our brand DNA to our fashion directions. From providing key insight and guidance into our global campaigns with strategic creative partners and fashion icons to overseeing asset production for online and offline channels, the ESPRIT fashion team will lead the conversation across the business to align our global brand image and progressive fashion outlook.

Reporting to the Fashion Director, the Lead Stylist would will be a global fashion influencer to originating smart and connected ideas working closely with product teams to inject right-time, right-place style considerations aligned with seasonal market appetites across all product offerings. The Lead Stylist works side-by-side with Image & VM teams in executing all creatives and communications consistent with the brand's fashion direction.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analyze and transform fashion trends for strategic planning, merchandising, design and production, retail, etc
  • Lead fashion directions on external and internal fashion showings, run-through presentations, and product showcases globally and locally
  • Support omnichannel global and regional fashion campaigns
  • Communicate on-model, on-form, and flat product styling for online and offline retail
  • Construct agile workflow of styling preparation and photography with proper sample and resources management and reasonable budget allocation
  • Partner with the visual merchandising team as needed to carry out consistent presentations through both specialty and wholesale environments
  • Collaborate with marketing creative teams on campaign, editorials, and assets production, including concepts, fashion stories, model and photographer selections, general set design, and other relevant tasks to ensure fashion relevance

THE CANDIDATE

  • Minimum 6 years' in fashion with an impressive portfolio well-suited to driving mid- and upper-market desire
  • Experience in retail, account management, and commercial campaigns
  • Strong leadership skills, including product ownership and worldwide fashion pattern
  • Inextinguishable passion and motivation in fashion with a forward-looking customer-centric mindset
  • Convincing communicator and presenter in verbal and written English
  • Additional language fluency are advantageous

This role is preferred to be based in Hong Kong.

Reasonable travel is expected.
