Responsibilities:

• Initiate, plan and execute e-commerce & CRM campaigns 
• Liaise and work closely with internal & external parties for content developments and productions
• Handle customer enquiries on e-commerce orders
• Setup and develop e-commerce platforms with internal & external parties for sales operation and efficiency improvement
• Conduct data analysis and report generations to improve performances of sales, promotions and social media

Requirements:

• University graduate in Marketing / Communication / Computer Science / E-commerce 
• 4 years or above relevant working experiences
• Strong marketing sense
• Hands-on experience in Photoshops, Tableau and Google Analytics would be an advantage
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior E-commerce Specialist
