We are looking for a highly-driven and motivated Partner Operation Specialist (Freelance) to join our fun, professional and dedicated Commercial Department based here in Hong Kong.  Our Commercial Department oversees the end-to-end restaurant partners’ operations and businesses, from partners identification & signing to onboarding & account management, as well as new venture developments. If you are a food lover, join us now to make a direct impact and contribute to large-scale success!

Our Partner Operations team operates under the Commercial Department. Our team is responsible for onboarding restaurant partners, including their “store-front” such as menus, prices, and dish photos. We also ensure our partners are well taken care of when they have operational enquiries. As a part of this team, you will be an integral  component to the success of our platform’s operations!

Role Description

• Train and welcome potential new restaurant/shop staff on using our devices, and other operational procedures in a professional manner
• Closely communicate with internal teams to ensure a smooth activation process of all new vendors
• Record, handle and assist to solve any potential operational issues/requests the new vendors may face
• Manage inventory and update record

Desired Skills and Experience

• Great communication skills & language proficiency in both English and Chinese
• Efficient, strong sense of responsibility and raise issues proactively ‌
• Able to work minimum three days per week (14:00-19:00)
