Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Arrange booking order and logistics arrangements of the online shop
- Handle customers enquiries about products and orders;
- Plan and control products inventory;
- Analyze sales performance and organize activities to boost sales
- Manage social media platforms
- Explore new business opportunities through conducting marketing research
Requirements:
- Degree holder or above in E-commerce, digital marketing or other related disciplines
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in managing online shops or B2C, experience in the aviation industry is not necessary but an added advantage
- Proficient in verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese
- Detail-oriented, good organizational skills, and able to multi-task
- Candidates with more experience will be considered for senior position
