What is your mission?

You will help us deliver excellent service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

As an E-Commerce Customer Service Officer (Contract Employment), you are tasked with the all-important responsibilities of caring for our customer's needs, building customer loyalty and representing the brand. You will provide customer care support through chat, email and calls to deliver #BeMore customer experience.

You are also required to perform these job functions:

  • To provide customer service support/troubleshooting support through email/phone/chat to members
  • Collaborate with internal parties for customers' enquiries and/ or complaints
  • To Work closely with team supervisors to ensure escalated issues are handled in a timely and correct manner
  • Gather customer feedback to enhance service and customer experience
  • Maintain up-to-date member information

Who are we looking for?

  • At least 0.5 year of Customer Service experience is an advantage
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and/or external contacts
  • Highly self-motivated, energetic with a positive attitude and a team player
  • Passion for building customer loyalty by carefully listening, building rapport and providing extraordinary customer care, using strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident computer skills are vital as you’ll be using multiple tools and systems daily
  • Excellent time management & multi-tasking skills
  • Bilingual in a combination of two of the following, Cantonese, Mandarin or English
  • Working hours: 5-day work a week (Monday-Sunday, including Public Holiday); 8 working hours required daily from 09:00 to 22:00.
