Duties:

• Explore new business opportunities in F&B sectors (such as supermarkets,  department stores, hotels, restaurant etc.)
• Follow up with clients’ quotations, orders and payments
• Provide after-sales services and handle clients’ complaints
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports or forecasts to the management team
• Offer marketing ideas and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets
• Communicate with clients to get market information such as pricing and competitor’s information
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned

 Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above in Marketing or related field
• Minimum 2-5year work experience in key account / sales experience in Food for Restaurant / Chain store
• Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / ERP system is advantage
• Knowledge in fresh, frozen food or chilled-food products is preferred.
• Strong sales & customer communication skills with good negotiating technique
• Independent, positive attitude, detail-minded and willing to learn
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Cantonese 
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Sales Officer
