Responsibilities:

• Plan, implement and manage membership programs to drive member acquisition, reactivation and loyalty
• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies for brand building, promotional campaigns and CRM activities to maximize online traffic and sales
• Analyze customer profiles, preferences, journey experience and expectation in digital platforms for enhancement of better online experience and formulation of loyalty strategy & business plan
• Perform customer segmentation and targeting to support promotions and CRM activities in digital media (e.g. Facebook, Web, App, eDM etc.)
• Prepare reports, analysis and insights regularly for online marketing campaign and CRM initiatives
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies to plan and implement CRM activities, promotions and campaigns to maximize business opportunities
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements :

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years working experience in CRM or Marketing preferable in toys, gifts or FMCG. Less experience will be considered as Executive
• Strong knowledge in consumer data analysis and loyalty program formulation
• Strong analytical, project management and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, responsible and independent
• Excellent command in English and Chinese
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
