Responsibilities:

• Contribute to strategy and business model design of the business development projects, in particular Greater Bay Area, e-commerce business segment
• Assist the Project Manager to organize the needs/requirements from different stakeholders and organize them into an actionable plan
• Support overall project management execution and work streams deliverables (e.g. project planning, milestones execution and monitoring)
  • Coordinate with different stakeholders to organize the project expectations
  • Evaluate and identify challenges and utilizes resources to solve problems
  • Organize and track all project documents
• Support design of project details and solutions through interpreting analysis findings, market information and working with relevant stakeholders (e.g operations, Engineering, IT)
• Conduct research and propose initiatives to support the key business development project 
• Keep abreast on latest technology / best practices within the industry and deliver changes to support the strategy formulation

 
Requirements:

• Accredited university bachelor or master degrees
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience preferably in the logistics or consultancy industry, of which minimum 2 years in a supervisory level or above
• PRC exposure is an advantage
• Solid experience in strategic planning, market research and project management
• Strategic thinking mind-set to propose business development initiatives and strategy
• Excellent presentation skills, able to articulate complex ideas in simple terms
• An effective communicator to interact with people at all levels and in multicultural environment with strong influencing and interpersonal skills
• Extensive PowerPoint knowledge and skills
• Highly motivated and strong perseverance
