Job Description:

This role will base in Ningbo city, Zhejiang Province, China.
In this role as Procurement Specialist, you will make a huge impact, because you are planning, monitoring, and pricing our products.
As a Junior Procurement Specialist, you will become part of an international team - based in both China and the Netherlands – which is responsible for the purchasing and planning of 60.000+ products. We seek someone who is confident, ambitious, proactive, and loves to work with numbers. As a procurement specialist, you will use your analytical skills to constantly monitor and forecast product demand and seasonal trends, purchase a large part of our assortment, and optimize the stock by adjusting the retail prices or by launching auctions or campaigns.

Job tasks and responsibilities：
1. Responsible for the assortment of your own factories
2. Monitor and forecast future product demand and seasonal trends for your assortment
3. You will decide which goods to purchase, how much to purchase and when to ship the goods
4. Constantly in touch with our Order Following department in China to monitor outstanding purchase orders and delays and you will act accordingly
5. You will optimize the stock of your assortment by adjusting the retail prices on a weekly basis or by launching auctions or promotional campaigns
6. You will use your analytical skills to create insightful reports

Qualifications
1. A degree in supply chain or business direction
2. 0-2 years of experience
3. Excellent analytical and Microsoft Excel skills
4. Excellent command of spoken and written English.

Our business
We do market research and find out what kind of products are in high demand. Once that’s determined, we negotiate with factories that produce these produces, after which we purchase them in bulk - directly from the source. Because of this process we’re able to influence the design and packaging of the products, which allows us to optimize the entire process – and this means that in the end, you, our customer, will pay a very reasonable price for our products.We also have our own factory where we produce several types of chipboard furniture. For these products, we have even more say in the entire production process, which again makes the price you pay as our customer very favourable.
