Job Description

• Defining business overall marketing and growth strategy with content and event calendar to hit growth and engagement goals
• Drive strategic growth marketing tactics through social media, online channels, business partnerships, influencer marketing etc.
• Partnering external parties to enhance brand awareness and achieve user acquisition and retention through the multimedia channel
• Developing key metrics and analyses to monitor and measure the performance of marketing campaigns
• Utilizing data and analytics for decision making and evaluating marketing effectiveness
• Accelerating and creating effective brand strategies to maximize the business opportunity
• Work with top management and willing to start plan from scratch and execute through the project
• Willing to take on the lead to develop growth team

Qualifications and Requirements

• Hungry to make a difference with entrepreneurial mindset
• University degree in business, marketing, communications, or related areas
• At least 2 years work experience in the marketing field. Experience in media / digital agencies, or e-commerce is preferred
• With strong analytical skills, plus a data-driven and strategic mindset particularly for business growth
• Well organized, detailed-minded and always eager to push for extra miles
• A sociable character and positive attitude towards new challenges
• Extremely driven and a self-starter. You are super comfortable taking an idea and running with it, managing the project through from start to finish.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluency in both written and spoken English and Cantonese and Mandarin.
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment. Things move very quickly around here, but you thrive in that.
