RESPONSIBILITIES

Specific responsibilities include but are not restricted to:-

• Responsible for merchandise mix and assortment planning in accordance to business objectives
• Plan and execute buying activities of designated product categories for maximizing sales and inventory productivity
• Follow through on delivery, stock allocation, replenishment and consolidation
• Analyse sales, sell-through performance and share recommendations for achieving quantitative and qualitative goals
• Manage e-shop operation including product listings, pricing, UAT and sales supporting tasks
• Regularly conduct market research and consistently strive to buy better in order to upgrade responsible merchandise assortment and department’s sales performance
• Prepare weekly and monthly merchandising reports for management review
• Deliver administration and assistant duties to ensure smooth running of the team
• Work closely with Retail / Visual Merchandising / Marketing teams to ensure smooth operations

 REQUIREMENTS

• Degree holder in Fashion, Textile and Clothing or business-related disciplines with minimum 3-4 years solid merchandising / buying experience in fashion retail company
• Strong knowledge and passion for fashion retail / business
• Positive working attitude, self-motivated and able to work under pressure and fast pace environment
• Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in MS Office, strong in Excel (e.g. vlookup & pivot table)
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Immediate available is prefered

As a milestone of the 20th anniversary of MLB KOREA, the F&F Group determined to bring MLB KOREA to expend its retail network to Asia. F&F Hong Kong as the first station of F&F’s expended retail network, we have developed 8 stores in Hong Kong and 3 stores in Macau operating since December 2017.
