Job Description:

Reporting to Senior Marketing Manager, HKTIA; you, as a subject matter expert and driver of integrated marketing experience for the insurance business within the HKT Group.  Collaboration is key. The role is inclusive of collaborating with different business units within our group and being an owner of our difference insurance online and offline touchpoints include but not limited to website and health-related app. You are a leader in driving marketing performance forward with laser eye focus on driving the communication of our purpose, impacting our customers positively, and making our brand stronger. You will need to have solid experience in marketing & communication, a proven track record of managing projects end to end, solid understanding of digital technology impacts, and digital marketing best practices.

Your role:

  • Define marketing roadmap and strategies to deliver Club Insurance’s sales target and drive engagement.
  • Manage the overall marketing strategy and implement digital and social media campaigns, and measure performance by assessing against goals and present implications to key stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure marketing priorities are well aligned;
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trend and best practices, conduct regular marketing research and competitor benchmarking and analysis, and provide suggestions for improvement
  • Manage the creative and copywriting for marketing materials for end-to-end marketing campaigns, make sure the marketing campaigns are implemented effectively with quality
  • Test and evaluate new digital communication tools, opportunities and formats to improve customers engagement and conversion
  • Assist on ad-hoc projects when needed

To succeed in this role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, eCommerce, finance, communications, or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in marketing communications with proven track record on successful execution
  • Experience in owning websites and their evolutions, bringing forward best practices that drive traffic, engagement and conversion. Must have experience working directly on Content Management System.
  • Experience in content development with experience working alongside legal and compliance
  • Detail-oriented, able to work under pressure, ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with can-do mindset
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and program management skills
  • Experience with working in Insurance or Financial Services industry would be helpful
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
